Wayne Murray, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A-1 West, is a dedicated veteran with 20 years of military service. His primary mission at A-1 West is to ensure that fellow veterans receive the full compensation they are entitled to after their honorable service and sacrifices to the nation. He is deeply committed to decreasing the percentage of underrated soldiers and aims to educate them on how to be financially responsible with their entitlements and compensations.
Wayne's background and skill set are well-suited for his role as a coach and mentor for service members. He has undergone training in adaptive leadership and network development, which has equipped him with valuable leadership and interpersonal skills. Additionally, he is working towards a bachelor's degree in strategic communications and business management, which will further enhance his ability to assist veterans in their transition to civilian life.
Over the course of his 20 years of coaching and mentoring fellow service members, Wayne has accumulated a wealth of experience and skills that he continues to apply to help service members become better versions of themselves. His dedication to veterans and their future is a driving force behind A-1 West's mission.
